Formerly Member FBR and Monopoly Control Authority, is a graduate from Harvard Law School, USA and Quid-e-Azam Univ. Islamabad with over 40 years public and private sector experience in and outside Pakistan in public policy, tax policy and administration, organization system development and institutional reforms, change management and directing enterprise, competition policy and law. He is a World Bank, Asian Development Bank and DFID consultant. Presently, in addition to consulting, Mr. Khan is a director on the BODs of several companies.

She spent many years as a Management Consultant & Quality Manager for a global company, representing the firm both domestically & abroad. Her long-term experience as a Freelance Business Consultant & Assessor of European Excellence completes her profile. She consults in Strategic Business Leadership, Continuous Process Improvement, Knowledge Management, and Project Management.

Dr Memoona Rauf Khan is a senior consultant and subject matter specialist with national and international experience of 30 years in Applied Economics.
