In my professional engagements, I draw on the expertise that I secured during many successful projects. I hold an MBA degree (University of Ottawa) and a Master’s degree in Public Administration (Punjab University). I achieved the dual certifications of Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) granted by The Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), USA. I am identified as “Alumni Leader” of uOttawa: Telfer School of Management.

Formerly Member FBR and Monopoly Control Authority, is a graduate from Harvard Law School, USA and Quid-e-Azam Univ. Islamabad with over 40 years public and private sector experience in and outside Pakistan in public policy, tax policy and administration, organization system development and institutional reforms, change management and directing enterprise, competition policy and law. He is a World Bank, Asian Development Bank and DFID consultant. Presently, in addition to consulting, Mr. Khan is a director on the BODs of several companies.

Dr. Sabine Schmid studied Organisation & Personal Development & Media Studies, and went on to gain a doctorate in Political Science. She spent many years as a Management Consultant & Quality Manager for a global company, representing the firm both domestically & abroad. Her long-term experience as a Freelance Business Consultant & Assessor of European Excellence completes her profile. She consults in Strategic Business Leadership, Continuous Process Improvement, Knowledge Management, and Project Management.

Haroon has holistic experience in strategic management, corporate performance management, organizational systems development, change management and directing enterprise. His last assignment was with Macter International, a top ten Pakistani pharmaceutical concern. He was responsible for Marketing & Sales, Finance, Human Resource & Organization Development, Information Systems, Business Development & Diversification & other portfolios in addition to being a core member of the Mission-Vision Team & the Strategy Team.

Dr Memoona Rauf Khan is a senior consultant and subject matter specialist with national and international experience of 30 years in Applied Economics. She holds a PhD in Agricultural Economics from Michigan State University in the U.S, and has two Master degrees in Economics, with specializations in International Trade and Development Economics.
